This unique 12 week program changes your relationship with food and exercise easily. After this week's session you'll find yourself automatically increasing your water intake and reducing your need for unhealthy beverages. • Week 6 - Excercise Motivator: This week we will add exercise to the program. This session will help boost your motivation to exercise - whether it's for 5 or 50 minutes a day. • Week 7 - Healthy Eating: The focus for this week's session is creating healthy eating habits. You'll soon find yourself choosing healthier options without any hesitation or feeling deprived. • Week 8 - Metabolism Boost: Burn calories and loose weight by turning up your metabolism in the control room of your mind. An easy and effective technique for weight loss. • Week 9 - Out with the Old and in the with New You - this week's focus builds on the 9 weeks sessions before. • Week 10 - Fat Burner: This week we concentrate on letting go of any excess fat cells and start to focus on reshaping your new body. • Week 11 - Activate Your Postive Body Image: In this session, you will work with the appearance of your body image.
